Chin Tucks - Not Just for Babies!

Hello! Who doesn't need to work on their posture? I know I regularly have to and I know that I'm constantly working on it with my child. Because of that, I have a quick exercise that can help! Chin tucks are often talked about with babies when we are doing pull to sit (aka baby sit-ups) with them but did you know it's also helpful for adults and kids and it is a key component of posture that can help that 'tech neck'.
