Did you know that in the year 2022, the great little town of Florence will be 150 years old?  The Florence Pioneer Museum and Research Center will be kicking off a birthday celebration on Jan. 8th from 4 to 7 p.m. Gather for coffee, wine and tasty treats as we reveal the "Original 18" pioneers who owned land in 1872 along or near the Denver & Rio Grande and Santa Fe rail lines. These "Original 18" helped establish the future Florence. The story of Florence will unfold all year long. Each month the Museum will have something new to share about our Great Little Town.
