[New post] I was diagnosed with stage 3 CKD after watching my diet very carefully. My numbers changed into stage 2. However, now my endocrinologist for thyroid says that my bone scan shows I have lost major ground in bone density. She wants me to make sure I am getting at least 2 servings of dairy every day in addition to calcium supplement. She also wants to add the therapy. I had cut back on my dairy for my kidneys and my asthma. Not sure what to do; help me understand how these changes will effect my kidneys.
