Is this a routine posterior sub-capsular (PSC) cataract? Or is it a more challenging posterior polar cataract? The PSC cataract should be straightforward with a low degree of risk while the polar cataract means that the posterior capsule is weak, fragile, or even partially absent. What is your call and how do you approach this case?
