Fruit species from Solanum aethiopicum, Solanum melongena, and Solanum macrocarpon were utilised as samples. The results revealed that the tested fruit species had high moisture, phytate, and oxalate content. The vitamin content of the fruits studied ranged from high to poor. One or two of the fruits studied had a greater concentration of the chemical components than others. The chemical content of three distinct eggplant fruit types was compared in this research.
