This work is a review of and a supplement to my original publications, which have previously appeared in Physics Essays [1] and ViXra [2]. While the derivations and conclusions relevant to this study remain intact, the attached addendum explores and presents a possible expansion of the suggested model as it relates to the derivation of G and to G-experimental. As in my earlier publications, this study proposes a theoretical model of Universal Gravitation based on hypothetical mass/energy resonance waves with intensities that are roughly equivalent to electromagnetic waves. I extract the explicit Newtonian law of gravity from said model, from which an apparent Newtonian gravitational constant factors as a mixture of other physical constants, providing a main G-value of 6.662936 x 10-11m3/kg s2, which is proven to match well with the 2018 suggested value. A second outcome of the suggestion is a showing that the quantum energy levels of the hydrogen atom appear to be connected to the length of these waves, which in a Bohr hydrogen atom is demonstrated to be twice the ground state orbital radius. Values for the Planck mass, length, and time have also been established, irrespective of any experimental G-value.
