That was case number 128 of his career and it was a routine stop-and-chop cataract case. This video is about 100 cases later, so about 220 cases into his career and the improvement is really great. Everything about the case is better, especially the way that instruments are maneuvered inside the eye. The video below shows both the original case from a few months ago and then this, the latest case. This resident has kept our mantra in mind when learning cataract surgery: Be your own toughest critic and make sure you learn from every case that you perform. Bravo.
