"It's a great book and resource, but I wish the author had made it shorter and easier to follow. It has a long section on the lungs, but the GI section only covers GI bleed. I would have also liked to see ascites, cirrhosis, and sip. But it is an excellent CLINICAL resource that can be used right away."
