However as you have seen many times before on CataractCoach, this is not that small of a pupil and you can still perform the cataract surgery safely and efficiently without pupil expansion devices. Our guest surgeon has done about 2500 cataract surgeries and he does a beautiful job with this small pupil cataract case.
