"W Capital" , the leading real estate brokerage based in Dubai, is organizing a new draw for 3 prizes worth Dhs300,000 , aiming at stimulating real estate sales .
"We are pleased to reveal our latest prizes, which come with the purpose of activating transactions during the next six months," said Walid Al Zarooni, Chairman of W Capital .
The first draw will be organized on November 19, 2022, the second will be on 19 January 2023, and the third draw will be held on March 19, 2023.
Al Zarooni revealed that the value of the prize in each draw is Dhs100,000 , pointing out that the three new draws will raise the value of the prizes offered by W Capital since inception to Dhs1.8 million.
Al Zarooni stated that those who wish to participate in the draw must buy a housing unit through the "W Capital" real estate brokerage ,to be entitled by getting a coupon for Dhs100,000 . The higher the value of the unit, the greater the number of coupons. For example ,the buyer who pays Dhs 500,000 for a housing unit gets 5 coupons, while the one who buys a unit worth one million dirhams gets 10 coupons, and the customer is entitled to participate in the three draws, which increases the chances of winning for everyone.
Al Zarooni stressed that W Capital will continue their attractive promotion plans while providing the best services to clients, to enhance their position in the real estate market in Dubai.
He said that all regulatory procedures for the 6-month draws will be observed, with a draw every two months, while adhering to all the requirements of the Dubai Department of Economic Development to organize such draws, amid high standards of transparency while being fair all customers who meet the conditions. The draws will be aired live on the chairman's official Instagram page.
Al Zarooni believes that these offers and prizes are one of the companies' means of stimulating real estate sales and attracting customers to increase the purchasing momentum of individuals and companies, while highlighting the attractive investment opportunities available in the market, which is still on an upward path in the medium term.
"W Capital" organized raffles worth Dhs1.5 million , where an apartment worth Dhs450,000 was one of the prizes, as well as a raffle for 3 cars, each worth 150,000 dirhams, in addition to 5 prizes with a total value of 500,000 dirhams.
