This week we have a Focus on Efficiency. Today, here is how I think to improve efficiency.
This is a routine case for me other than the patient's eye is wandering all over the place. I also make the mistake of not fixating the eye with the chopper through the paracentesis during capsulorhexis creation. The result is not the prettiest capsulorhexis, but at least it is continuous ad it overlaps the optic completely.
