[New post] My name is Arvind (34year, Male) and I am diagnosed with a crescentic form of IgA nephropathy. After corticosteroid treatment, my creatinine level trend was decreasing (3.51, 3.45, 3.3, 3.13, 3.08 mg/dl). However, after the last observation (3.08), it again reached its initial level (3.54). Currently, my proteinuria is negative. Can you comment what is the reason behind this pattern? Is this fluctuation normal? What are other metrics/tests to better capture CKD?
