The Cañon City High School Girls' Soccer team clinched the South Colorado Springs Metro League as champions on Tuesday night at Citizens' Stadium with a 3-1 win over Harrison.
The team went undefeated in league play and has an overall record of 10-2-2 and are state qualifiers. This makes the Tigers back-to-back-to-back league champions.
The Tigers concluded the season with a non-league game at Lewis-Palmer High School Friday. The State Tournament brackets will be released Sunday. The First round is to be played on Wednesday with the Tigers' opponent and game site to be determined.
