| Hi , We were created to be a part of something rather than living alone. Humans generally strive to be a collective community of cooperation and collaboration. One of the main benefits of stepping up and asking someone for help is that it is a good step in achieving the capability to calm yourself. In order to help yourself manage tough emotions, it is not necessary for you to manage entirely alone, but it is important that you know how to initiate and be the one to ask someone, "Can you please help me with this?". Even when we know we may need help, asking for help can be an entirely different challenge.
