Posterior polar cataract cases are always challenging because we know that the site of the polar opacity is weak with a fragile capsule that can break spontaneously. Sometimes the polar opacity is so adherent that we cannot fully remove it. Our guest surgeon decides to perform a posterior capsulorhexis to address this issue. Beautifully done with excellent results.
