Marchand Ranch Wedding and Events Venue is excited to announce a special Christmas concert benefiting the Abundant Life Cañon City Pregnancy Resource Center at 6 p.m. Dec. 9 featuring local favorite rascals Sons & Brothers.
Founded in 1984, Abundant Life Crisis Pregnancy Center is committed to assisting pregnant women in carrying their babies to term by providing emotional support and practical assistance. In the 38+ years they have been serving Fremont County and the surrounding communities, their services have grown and changed with the needs of those they serve. Abundant Life is blessed to serve families of all types and ages and they actively support each individual with their emotional physical, material and spiritual needs.
As a Christian, Pro-Life nonprofit, Abundant Life is committed to creating awareness within the local community regarding pregnancy and parenting choices, sexual risk and family dynamics. They empower those they serve, through education and opportunity, to make choices that move them towards being high-functioning, contributing members of the community. Pregnancy centers like Abundant Life are an indispensable asset to communities all over the country and the community is invited to support their work.
Sons & Brothers is the Wolking brothers, Mike, Aaron and Joe. The boys have been delighting audiences with their unique blend of American musical styles for nearly 25 years. Now the band is focusing on bringing the Gospel message to people through music and stories. Newer additions to the band include the irrepressible Rob Paulin on drums, percussion, guitar and vocals and multi-talented singer, songwriter and guitar slinger, James Honey. For this special Christmas concert, the boys will be bringing a fresh take on Christmas, Gospel and holiday-themed music so that individuals can celebrate the season (and the Reason for the season) together in 2023. Additionally, rumor has it that some very special guests might be joining the boys for this performance. Consider making the trek to Marchand Ranch to join in on the fun.
