Reportage Properties 2023 sales up 60% to AED3.7bn
Abu Dhabi,30 December 2023:Reportage Properties, the leading UAE real estate developer, sales top AED 3.7bn ($1 billion) during 2023, compared to AED2.3bn in 2022, a growth rate of more than 60%.
Reportage Properties portfolio includes 29 projects in the UAE, Egypt, Turkey, and Morocco.
The company confirmed that the continued increase in sales for the sixth year in a raw reflects their strong performance and ability to keep pace with market changes through providing distinguished real estate units that meet the requirements of various segments of investors, while continuing to launch new projects that meet customer requirements.
Reportage Properties noted that the increase in sales reinforces the company's plans to expand, grow, and explore more promising investment opportunities in the UAE and abroad.
"Reportage Properties" projects recorded strong sales during the year 2023, with "Reportage Village" project in Dubai at the top. The project total sales reached AED1.23bn, while the "Bianca", in Dubai achieved sales AED760.9million. The "Perla Heights" on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, also recorded AED262.6mn. The "Montenapoleone" project in Egypt recorded sales amounted to AED156.6, and the "Sylvana" project in Turkey achieved sales of AED132.8bn.
New projects
During 2023, Reportage Properties launched new projects to meet the aspirations of the company's clients. During the first quarter of the year, the "Bianca" which includes 653 townhouses, launched in Dubai.
In the third quarter, Reportage Properties also revealed the "Reportage Village" project in Dubai, which includes 1,767 residential units.
Project handover
In 2023, Reportage Properties began completing projects according to the specified schedule, as the Oasis 2 in Masdar City, which includes about 304 residential units, was completed and handed over.
The company previously completed and handed over the "Oasis Residence 1" project in Masdar City, as well as the the "Al Raha Lofts" project in the Al Raha Beach area in Abu Dhabi, and the "Leonardo Residence" project in Masdar City.
They also completed the first phase of the "Rukan Lofts" project, which the company is developing in cooperation with the "Continental Investment Company" in the "Dubailand" area.
Awards
Reportage Properties won many awards during 2023.The first of which was the award for the most trusted real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates in2023, from "The International Business Magazine", which consolidates their leading position in the real estate market.
This year also witnessed the "Sylvana" project, which Reportage is currently developing in the Bahçeşehir district of Istanbul, Turkey, winning the European Real Estate Award as the best townhouse community. This award came as result of checkups done by a committee of specialized experts in real estate development, who evaluate thousands of projects annually.
