An Oklahoma high school is facing a major backlash after high school students took part in a vile 'toe-licking' challenge for a fundraising event.
On Thursday, Clash of Classes was an assembly held at Edmond's Deer Creek High School.
The purpose of the event was to collect funds for Not Your Average Joe Coffee, a company that hires individuals with physical, mental, and developmental challenges.
Students had to pay to attend the assembly, and freshmen through seniors volunteered to participate in a series of class competitions.
One of the challenges involved a 'toe-licking' contest, during which students sucked and licked other students' bare feet.
The horrifying exhibit was captured on video, and FOX 25 received the clip.
Half of the participants in the film sat down with their feet spread out in front of them, while the other half, made up of less wealthy children, lay on the school gymnasium floor and licked the feet of their classmates.
Every kid who took part signed up in advance for the games they played, according to a statement issued by the Deer Creek School District.
It was said that neither teachers nor staff took part in the assembly.
Users on X were outraged by the weird 'challenge,' calling it 'child abuse,' 'criminal abuse' and 'sex abuse.'
'So that makes it okay? They signed up. What faculty members allowed it to occur? This is beyond reprehensible; it is criminal abuse,' an X user responded to the school district's statement.
'Such a disgusting way to use children. Every school staff member should be fired and their licences pulled to never teach again. What in the world is wrong with people,' another outraged X user said.
The school district added that all of the kids taking part in the toe-licking challenge were partnered with kids in the same grade as them.
Before justifying the odd challenge, the school boasted in the announcement about the $152,830.38 collected for the charity.
There have been several incidents involving Deer Creek schools in the past, one of which was the arrest of a bus driver for having child pornography on him.
A baseball coach at Deer Creek High School was 'let go' because his players suffered second-degree burns after being forced to drag their knuckles across the turf on the field at practice last year.
I see there is more grooming going on in schools, it's disgusting and very disturbing, and in this day and age, what school leadership approves of nonsense like this?

Teachers used to have to be morally upright citizens. This is no longer the case, and a person with morals would not allow this.
The problem with the US educational system is that the persons educating your children have low IQs and little common sense; thus, anyone found to have been involved should be looked into and should never be permitted near children again.
Schools are out of control, and if you have children at school, then it might be better if you homeschool them because people seem to have lost their minds.
