In 2011, Advance Institute of Business was contracted by Sichuan University in Chengdu, China to teach English courses to university students. The students were studying dual degrees, a Chinese degree and a degree from a western university.
This involved doing language level assessments on the students and conducting English courses with vocabulary relevant to the disciplines the students were studying.
It also involved doing a year of intensive English language training for students whose English was at a low level, preparing them for the first year of their western degree.
This was just one of many universities, schools and organisations that Advance Institute of Business contracted with throughout China.
