In 1998, Advance Institute of Business was approached by the New South Wales State Emergency Service (SES) to deliver the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to the Controllers, Training Officers and Administration Staff in Southern New South Wales.
This was the part of the SES strategy to make the training of its volunteers more disciplined, by having those doing the SES training accredited as professional trainers. The training covered 16 regions and was conducted in Goulburn.
The General Manager of Advance Institute of Business, Craig Hill, was a volunteer with the NSW SES for 12 years.
This was just one of many contracts Advance Institute of Business conducted for state and federal government agencies over our 28 year history.
