This summer, the Humane Society of Fremont County invites you to the largest yard sale in Fremont County. Slated from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Aug. 2-3 at the Fremont County Humane Society, located at 110 Rhodes Ave., the event promises a plethora of bargains on a wide array of items, from home décor to clothing, all supporting a noble cause.
The Humane Society is actively seeking donations of gently used items to be featured at the yard sale. Community members are encouraged to donate items such as books, household goods, toys, and clothing in good condition by July 31.
Every donation and purchase directly supports the welfare of the animals at our shelter. The funds raised are essential for covering costs associated with medical care, food, and shelter for our furry friends. This event not only benefits animals in need but also strengthens community ties, providing a venue for locals to connect and support a common cause.
"Doug Rae, our Executive Director, is excited about the potential of this yard sale to bring the community together for a fun event with a serious purpose," said a spokesperson for the Humane Society of Fremont County. "It's a fantastic opportunity to find unique items at great prices and to help us continue our mission of caring for and rehoming pets."
They invite everyone looking for great deals or searching for unique finds to not miss this event. Remember, each purchase helps provide essential services to our animals.
For more information about the event, to donate items, or to learn more about how you can get involved with the Humane Society of Fremont County, contact Doug Rae at (719) 275-0663 or visit www.fremonthumane.com.
They look forward to seeing you there and appreciate your support in making a significant difference in the lives of animals. Together, we can ensure that every life truly matters.
