Hello doctor, I have had lupus with kidney failure since I was 10 years old, and I have been dealing with this disease until today, when I am 36 years old. During the last one or two years, my blood creatinine has reached 2 and I could not reduce it and I am very worried about the future of my health. I use one suprimone 500 and half of prednisolone 5 a day and blood pressure drugs like valsartan and diathiazim along with hydroxycaroquine. Fortunately, my lupus is silent and I only have kidney involvement and high creatinine. I try to control my diet but it is very difficult. Is there a solution to reduce my creatinine that is not available in my country, Iran? or supplement or food intake?
