Family-owned and operated POP's Pumpkin Patch, at 1940 13th St, Penrose, is slated to host a fall festival on Saturday and will remain open every weekend through October.
There is a winery and tasting room from Pop's Vineyard and activities include tractors rides, The Amazing Blue Maze (just have to see for yourself), hay bale slide, corn pit, knee Hhigh tires, yard and table games, cornhole, bowling, ladder ball, checkers, tic tac toe and more.
Additionally, there will be multiple fire pits to roast s'mores, and farm animals (meet our baby goats) and an overall educational farm setting with various equipment.
Jack-o'-lanterns, pies, baked goods, drinks, and assorted pumpkins are also available at the entrance.
Admission is $12/person, children under two are free, and military, seniors are $10.

American Legion in Florence announces winners of two raffles
The Miller-Kitto Post 25 of the American Legion in Florence announces the winners of two raffles sponsored by the Post to raise money for a new columbarium in the Veterans section of the Union Highlands Cemetery in Florence.
Raffled was a Thompson Center .50 Cal. Black powder cap and ball rifle and an Irish chain king-size quilt. The Raffle was held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Post 25 Hall in Florence.
The Rifle was won by Mr. David Rodenbeck of Canon City. The quilt was won by the Florence Reporter, with Mr. Keven Mahmalji, Editor of the Florence Reporter accepting the prize.
