 We’re excited to announce that LowCarbUSA® and LowCarbConferences are officially joining forces to form a unified organization committed to advancing the science and education of low-carb nutrition and metabolic health. This strategic merger marks a new chapter in our collective efforts to push forward grassroots initiatives and deliver high-quality, evidence-based information on low-carb, ketogenic, and metabolic therapies. The Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners (The SMHP™), a non-profit supporting healthcare professionals with membership, education, and advocacy, is the parent organization of LowCarbUSA. They've graciously accepted the proceeds from LowCarbConferences as a charitable donation, enabling this merger. Going forward, all events will be branded under LowCarbUSA and The SMHP. We rely on the continued support of our members to help us grow. Your participation in LowCarbUSA and The SMHP is vital to our success, enabling us to host events, share the latest science, advocate for low-carb health solutions, and attract a larger audience. There’s nothing quite like attending these events in-person, to re-energize, learn, earn CME and share ideas with like minded friends and colleagues. Be sure to join us for upcoming events including Boca, San Diego and potential future locations. There’s currently nothing scheduled for Denver. On a personal note from Dr. Jeffry Gerber: “ It’s been an honor and a labor of love to organize LowCarbConferences since 2016. As these events have grown, they’ve become more time-consuming to produce. Considering my day job as a physician, family, as well as looking after my own good health, the timing felt right to join forces with Doug Reynolds and Pam Devine, the founders of LowCarbUSA. Doug, Pam and I have worked closely for years and are fully aligned in our mission, so this merger makes perfect sense.
