It's the first day of school.   Everything's calm. Your child plays quietly. You think, "Maybe this year will be different." Then you say those four little words: "Time for school, sweetie." Instant meltdown. The good news? You can teach your child a simple technique that turns those big emotions into calm focus. And it only takes a few minutes.

 | | | | | | | | | | | | Stand behind your child and place your hands gently on their lower ribs. Give them the Magic Goo (a balloon works well too), let them take a deep breath, and blow it up while you press softly on their ribs. As they exhale, they're learning to engage their diaphragm and take control of their breathing. Do this for 1-2 minutes, and watch the magic happen. And the best part? You're teaching them a skill they'll use for life. You might want to reach for a balloon after carpool, too 🙂
I wrote a detailed guide that walks you through the exact steps, plus shows you how to weave this technique into your daily routine.

Your child's emotional toolkit just got stronger.
