The FBI uses it, politicians use it, and now you can too. Body language is the nonverbal words we communicate through gestures, expressions, and movements. It adds depth to our words, showing emotions and intentions.
The FBI focuses on body language for a reason: it tells them what people are really thinking. Being able to read your child's (or colleague's or spouse's) body language and interpret what is going on in their inner world, is invaluable for you to support them.
But body language works both ways; your child reads your body language too! In my recent blog, I explain why relaxed body language matters and four practical, easy tips you can implement immediately to ensure you come across as confident and relaxed – whether speaking to your child, boss, or even, the FBI 🙂 You can read more here.
