Meet the Doctor who says it was never about willpower

It was never about willpower.

You know the moment. A patient leaves your office with a plan they truly believe in. A few weeks later, it's gone. And if we're honest, the same thing happens to us: the new system, the better habit, the promise we made ourselves in January.

Most of us were trained to call that a willpower problem. Dr. Kyra Bobinet has spent nearly three decades showing us it's something else entirely. I can't wait for you to meet her.
