The goal of this study was to see how mono-ammonium phosphate (MAP, NH4H2PO4) and K-Humate affected grain yield and grain phosphorus absorption efficiency in calcareous and basic reaction soils in Central Anatolia. The study was conducted in dry conditions at the Bahri Dadaş Agricultural Research Institute field in 2018-19 to see how phosphorus doses of 0, 17.5, and 35.0 kg ha-1, as well as K-Humate doses of 0 and 12 kg ha-1, affected the grain yield of the Bayraktar 2000 variety of bread wheat, as well as agronomic (AE), physiological (PE), and apparent recovery (AR) phosphorus uptake efficiency. The study found that increasing the phosphorus rate improves grain production and increases the quantity of grain phosphorus absorption, whereas grain AE, PE, and AR decrease dramatically. Furthermore, grain yield was favourably influenced by the K-Humate treatment in P0 and P17.5, while grain phosphorus uptake rose by 13%, however grain yield and grain phosphorus uptake fell by 9% and 5%, respectively, in the P35 application. In the opposite way, with the K-Humate application dependent on control, grain AE and AR grew by 13% and 12%, respectively, whereas grain PE reduced by 54% in the P17.5 application. Furthermore, using the K-Humate application according to control and the P35 grain AE application, PE and AR levels were reduced by 66 percent, 51 percent, and 40%, respectively.
