He found success as an assistant professor of public administration and public policy at Southern University and A&M College from 2016 to 2019, the dean of the Men's Hall at Valley View University from 2016 to 2018, a lecturer in economics at the Chartered Institute for Bankers from 2015 to 2018 and a lecturer in economics, research and statistics at Valley View University from 2014 to 2018. He was additionally active as an economics tutor at Collins Senior High School in Ghana from 2012 to 2014, a loans and marketing officer for Eden Financial Services from 2011 to 2012, a field officer for National Service Secretariat in the Sekyere East District Assembly in 2011 and a field assistant for the Department of Cooperative in the Sekyere East District Assembly in 2010. Dr. Frimpong began his career as an associate accountant with the Electricity Company of Ghana in 2007 and an accountant for the Batiste Boadu Company Limited in 2008.
Notably, Dr. Frimpong earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics, geography and resource development from the University of Ghana in 2010, a Master of Philosophy in economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2013 and a Doctor of Philosophy in public policy from Southern University and A&M College in 2018. As a testament to his extraordinary career, he was celebrated by Valley View University as the Best Faculty Researcher from 2015 to 2017 and presented with Certificates of Excellence from the International Journal of Research in Dermatology, the International Journal of Tropical Diseases and Health, the International Journal of Research and Reports in Gynecology, the Asian Journal of Probability and Statistics and the Asian Research Journal of Arts & Social Sciences. Attributing his success to his faith in God, his perseverance and his hard work, Dr. Frimpong hopes to advance to a globally influential position in Ghana while helping humanity around the world however he can.
