With more than 35 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Dobler has excelled as the director of nursing and clinical services at Northwest Specialty Hospital since 2019. She had previously found success as a registered nurse and chief nursing officer at the aforementioned hospital over the course of 37 years. Certified in biochemotherapy, she notably obtained a Bachelor of Science in nursing from San Diego State University in 1984. Beyond her primary professional endeavors, Ms. Dobler has contributed to the Panhandle Symphony Orchestra as a member of the board of directors since 2016 and the secretary since 2022.
Raised in a family that helped support her perfectionist attitude, Ms. Dobler attributes her success to her integrity, character and high standard for patient care. She was drawn to her field of choice due to her lifelong desire to help others. Among the many highlights of her career, she is incredibly proud of establishing the pre-surgical clinics, call centers, post-surgical centers, telehealth services and nursing education programs at Northwest Specialty Hospital as well as the safety and screening practices implemented at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Looking toward the future, Ms. Dobler hopes to further support her community through organizations such as Safe Passages and Boys & Girls Club upon her impending retirement.
