As a parent, I don't have lots of medicine in my house. But I would never go without a bottle of acetaminophen or ibuprofen. You just never know when my kids will spike a high fever - it is very unpleasant for kids to deal with high fever or temperature. So I feel for all the parents out there who have to deal with barriers to accessing this basic and essential medicine when the kids are sick.
