[New post] My son is 11 yrs old, and he passed a kidney stone a week ago but he also had a secondary kidney infection and also was positive with e. Coli in his kidney. It’s been 7 days, and he is still feeling pain when he urinates as well as where his kidney is. We’ve been to his pediatrician and have had a referral sent to a pediatric urologist. But we can’t seem to get him seen anytime soon. He just recently underwent surgery on a bone cyst in his foot. Pain killers for 1 week then ibuprofen and Tylenol for pain for almost 6 weeks. He is 5’6 and 134lbs.
