The goal of this study is to figure out what the best dose of red spinach powder to add to artificial feed is for clown loach brightness. From April to May 2020, this study was carried out at Universitas Padjadjaran's Aquaculture Laboratory Building 4 of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences. This study approach is experimental, with four treatments and three replications in a Completely Randomized Design. 0 percent, 2 percent, 4 percent, and 6 percent of the feed quantity were employed in the red spinach powder addition treatment. Color value was noticed as primary data using Toca Color Finder, while growth, survival rate, and water quality were observed as secondary data. The Kruskal-Wallis test was used to examine the colour assessment data, and if there were significant differences, the Z test was used. Analysis of Variance was used to examine growth data and survival rates (ANOVA). The Duncan test was not used since the F test results were not statistically different. The addition of 6% red spinach powder was shown to be the most effective therapy, with a colour brightness value of 5,63.
