Their ages varied from 20 to 39 years old for females and 30-42 years old for men, and they came to the ANSEJA medical laboratory in Baghdad for Karyotyping testing. The MetaClass Karyotyping technology was used to determine the shape and structure of the blood couple's chromosome. The findings revealed that nine individuals had aberrant chromosomal structure abnormalities, whereas the remaining 31 cases had normal chromosome structure anomalies. Complementary chromosomes 5 of the examined samples had a marker chromosome (47,XX,+mar), 3 of the tested samples had a mosaicism ring chromosome (46, XX/47, XX, +r), and the remaining two instances were fathers with Klinefelter syndrome (47,XXY). The researchers concluded that using standard cytogenetic detection, chromosomal abnormalities may be examined in patients with a history of recurrent spontaneous miscarriage.
