He was at Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease but I need to confirm what stage he is at now. We have an appt with a nutritionist on July 13th. In the meantime I am having a hard time balancing his phosphorus, potassium and protein levels.  How much phosphorus can he have?  We were told 2 mg potassium and salt and 125 g of protein.
